What Compare Notary does

We help users request and compare quotes from independent notary providers. We are not a notary practice, law firm or government body, and we do not provide legal advice or notarial services.

No obligation

Submitting a request does not require you to accept any quote. A provider-client relationship begins only if you separately agree terms with a provider.

Quotes and provider information

Providers are responsible for their prices, ratings information, availability, advice and work. Check what each quote includes, including VAT, apostille, embassy, translation, delivery and urgency charges.

Your information

Please provide accurate information and avoid submitting sensitive documents through the form unless the live service clearly asks for them and provides secure upload facilities.

Availability

We aim to make the service useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee that three providers will respond, that responses will arrive within a particular time or that the service will always be available.

Provider checks

Before instructing a provider, users should independently verify professional status and suitability. We are not responsible for how the work is performed.
